While we can't guarantee it, we'll do our best to accommodate. If available, early check-ins are $10 per hour until the regular check-in time. Please note, no early check-ins before 11:00 AM. Late Check-Outs: Not ready to say farewell? Request a late check-out within 2 days of your departure. We'll try to make it happen, but it's not always possible. If approved, late check-outs are $10 per hour past the regular 11:00 AM check-out time, with a maximum extension until 2:00 PM. Unapproved late check-outs may result in additional fees. This strict rule is put in place to give the cleaners enough time to clean the property and replenish supplies before the next guest arrives. For your peace of mind, the property is equipped with A/V surveillance, including a Ring Doorbell at the front entrance and cameras outside above the garage and in the backyard.
